Agreement

By engaging Panthar Media for services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Panthar Media provides social media content strategy, content creation, and account management services for coaches, consultants, and entrepreneurs.

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

All content produced by Panthar Media remains our intellectual property until full payment has been received.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the engagement.

Panthar Media is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid.

Either party may terminate with written notice as specified in the service agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in West Bengal, India.
